• The undersigned declares that the information on this rental application is true or correct, and understands that false statements may result in the rejection of this and any future applications for housing which Mammoth Lakes Foundation manages. I do further understand this agreement is the start of the leasing process with the Mammoth Lakes Foundation and once received and deemed acceptable will result in a reserved bed in South Gateway Student Apartments. I also understand a full application including deposit request will follow shortly after this application is received and deemed acceptable. If at any time during this application process I change my mind on residency in South Gateway Student Apartments I will immediately contact the Mammoth Lakes Foundation Communications Manager to notify of my change in circumstances.
