The South Gateway Student Apartments offer students the opportunity to elevate their lives by starting their higher education goals in beautiful Mammoth Lakes, California. The brand-new apartments are conveniently located adjacent to the Eastern Sierra College Center (ESCC) Mammoth Campus of Cerro Coso Community College. The housing is owned and operated by the Mammoth Lakes Foundation and will be 100% occupied by students of ESCC. The housing facility offers the option to live in a personal studio or shared one bedroom apartment. Be sure to check out features/amenities page to see everything included in the price.

Students have the option to pay the nine month lease period in one, two or four payments during the school year. If student chooses to stay for the summer months then they have the option to pay in one payment or monthly.

Payment due by August 15, 2008.

$250 Vons Gift Card will be awarded for making payment in full by August 15, 2008.
Two Payments:
Payments due by August 15, 2008 l January 15, 2009.
Four Payments:

Third Payment | January 15, 2009
Last Payment | March 15, 2009
Summer Lease
One Payment:
Payment due by May 15, 2009
Summer Monthly Payments:
Payments due by May 15, 2009, June 15, 2009 and July 15, 2009.
Students are encouraged to make payments prior to the deadline since the deadline is the last day to make payment before penalties may be applied.
