      Posters and poster putty
      Reading light or desk lamp
      Alarm clock
      Stereo or radio (if sharing a room arrange with roommate to only bring one for the apartment)
      Desk computer or laptop (all rooms will be equipped for wireless internet or wall plug Ethernet connection)
      Bedding: sheets (for full size bed), blankets, comforter and pillow
      Personal bathroom items: towels, washcloths, soap, first-aid supplies, hair care products, toothpaste, toothbrush,
            razors etc.
      Laundry basket or bag, detergent
      Paper towels
      Toilet paper
      Clothes for cold, mild and warm weather, clothes hangers and small plastic drawers for socks and undergarments
      Slippers
      Power strip approved by housing office
      Kitchen supplies (should be coordinated if sharing room): Toaster Oven, pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware,glasses,
            mugs, coffeemaker, can opener, spices for cooking, dishwashing detergent and sponges
      Cleaning supplies for kitchen, bathroom and windows
      School supplies: calculator, dictionary, notebooks, pens, pencils, ruler, tape, scissors, stamps, and backpack

     

    Recommended items

      Cell phone (if you don't plan on buying telephone service)
      Camera
      Ski/snowboard and climbing gear

     

    Things not to bring

    1. Telephone (unless you plan on buying telephone service)
    2. Electric skillets or hotplates (there is a full-size stovetop in each apartment)
    3. Minifridge (there is a refrigerator in each apartment)
    4. Microwave (there is a full-size microwave in each apartment)
    5. Space heaters
    6. Candles
    7. Fuel canisters
    8. Camp stove or BBQ (one will be available for use)
    9. Incense and burners
    10. Firearms and ammunitions
    11. Paintball guns
    12. Pets
    13. Nail picture hangers
