    Description
    South Gateway Student Apartments is a 24,000 sq. ft student housing facility located adjacent to Cerro Coso Community College - Mammoth Campus. It's the best place for a student in Mammoth to call home! We have 35 apartments with 11 studios and 24 one bedroom units. Weekly staff provide meals and activities to keep students fed and happy :). Look at the room layouts and apartment amenities to get an idea of the facility. And give us a call or e-mail to really find out what it's like.

    Early Bird Rental Special - One Bedroom Only. If you confirm your apartment reservation for the 2010/11 School Year by May 1, 2010 you will receive $100 off rent for all nine months of the school year. That's a $900 savings!
